Yes, you can collect your books and pay at the store. Please confirm your pickup time and that your books are ready before visiting. You’re also welcome to browse our books in store!

For online editions, we order from the publisher after receiving advance payment. Access codes usually arrive within 24–36 hours on business days, sometimes sooner. Publishers do not process orders on weekends, and timing depends on their business hours and the time difference with Germany. We will send you the codes during our business hours.

Send us any book you’re interested in; a book name, ISBN or cover photo helps. We’ll check whether we can order it and let you know the price, delivery times and options.

Of course! Tell us your German level and what you’d like to practise. We’re happy to help you find the right book.

We send codes by LINE or email during business hours after receiving them from the publisher. Each code can be activated once. You’ll need to activate it yourself on the publisher’s online learning platform.

Yes, we can issue both. Please request the documents and provide your billing information before payment. You can select the documents you need in My Book List before saving your PDF.

Yes. We offer bulk pricing, teacher discounts and quotations. Contact us on LINE, by email or by phone, and we’ll share our dedicated LINE account for schools, universities, teachers and institutes.

If your book arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, please contact us immediately, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the book and packaging. Do not activate any access code. See our returns policy for details.
